DRAWING MEDITATION AND THE ZENTANGLE METHOD

DRAWING MEDITATION is a meditation practice that promotes greater focus, a sense of well-being, calmness, and a deeper ability to concentrate. I lead you through an eight step guided meditation. You don't have to be an artist or seasoned in a meditative practice to enjoy the benefits of this style of meditation. The meditation that I teach uses the zentangle approach (www.zentangle.com) I hold classes in Catskill and the surrounding areas in Greene, Ulster and Columbia Counties of NY.
